Bupa Foundation Community Committees
Community Committees play a vital role in helping the Bupa Foundation to bring to life its purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world.
What are Community Committees
Bupa employees volunteer their time to run Community Committees, helping to make a difference in their local areas with grants, in-kind support, fundraising and volunteering
Locations
There are currently nine Bupa Foundation Community Committees:
Brighton, Cairo, Dubai, Dublin, Greater Manchester, Leeds, London, Staines, and across Bupa Dental Care
Funding
All Community Committee projects support creating healthier communities. #HealthyPlanetHealthyPeople
Healthier Communities Fund: Bupa employees can nominate local causes to receive funds. Projects must support both people and planet health. These applications are reviewed by Community Committee panels.
Core partners: Community Committees have 1-2 core partners that they support with local funding for projects that support both people and planet health, volunteering, fundraising and in-kind support.
