About our local Community Committees
Our local Foundation Community Committees play a vital role in helping the Bupa Foundation to bring to life its purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
Bupa employees volunteer their time to run Community Committees in Bristol, Greater Manchester, Leeds, London and Staines.
Each committee supports charities that help vulnerable people in their local communities through a mix of grants, volunteering and fundraising.
Our legal pro bono initiative
The Bupa Foundation is working with Bupa’s UK legal team, who are volunteering their time to offer free legal advice to support local communities.
When we refer to “pro bono” legal work at Bupa, we mean legal assistance provided without expectation of payment to people of limited means or to organisations that have a social, environmental, humanitarian or community focus.
