Mind resources for young people

Mind is a mental health charity. The Bupa Foundation and Mind are working together to empower better mental wellbeing in young people. 

If you're going through a difficult time or are struggling with how you're feeling, it can be really scary and upsetting. Mind are there to help you understand you're not alone and to help you find the support you deserve. 

The Book of Hopes

To support your school recovery curriculum the National Literacy Trust have partnered with Bloomsbury and Twinkl to develop resource packs based on the wonderful stories, poems and illustrations in The Book of Hopes: Words and Pictures to Comfort, Inspire and Entertain Children, edited by Katherine Rundell.

Resources include assembly presentations with accompanying teacher notes, as well as activities to engage pupils in speaking and listening, reading and writing.

Wellbeing workshops for educators

Good mental wellbeing helps us cope with life’s pressures and enables us to make positive choices.

The Bupa Foundation is working with educators to share our wellbeing expertise. Wellbeing for Educators is a free, practical, evidence-based programme which can help make a positive difference.

Free 'back to school' seminar series

The Bupa Foundation and the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools are delighted to launch a seminar series to offer an insight for School Leaders, Senior Mental Health Leads and Pastoral Leaders in how to support both staff and pupils as they transition back to school.

Bupa mental health hub

When it comes to mental health, normal is different for all of us. And we all need a little extra help at times. 

Bupa's mental health hub provides free videos, podcasts, tools and articles, put together by experts. The resources cover topics including children's mental wellbeing, coping with depression and dealing with stress.
